This notice describes how ZvirePlus s.r.o. processes personal data in connection with the operation of the veterinary clinic, call-out service, mobile application, website and CCTV system.

2. Categories of personal data

• 2.1 Clients and patients – identification details, contact details, animal details, healthcare data.
• 2.2 Website and mobile app – technical data, IP address, cookies, form data.
• 2.3 CCTV – video and audio recording, retention 72 hours.
• 2.4 Suppliers and applicants – identification and professional data.

3. Legal grounds for processing

Performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interest, consent.

4. Purposes of processing

Provision of veterinary care, documentation, communication, website operation, accounting, security, marketing.

5. Sharing of personal data

Data may be shared with external vets, IT providers, accountants, lawyers, insurers, public authorities.

6. Retention period

Medical records min. 5 years, accounting documents 10 years, forms 1 year, CCTV recordings 72 hours, marketing until withdrawn.

7. Rights of data subjects

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent.

8. Security

Technical and organisational measures, encryption, secured servers, roles, logging.

9. International transfer

Use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Cookie policy

• 10.1 What cookies are – small text files enabling website functions.
• 10.2 Cookie types – technical, analytical (Google Analytics), marketing.
• 10.3 Refusing cookies – via the banner or browser.
• 10.4 Third-party services – GA, Ads, Meta Pixel.
• 10.5 Storage period – technical per session, analytical 26 months, marketing per provider.
